Individual Counsellor

50 minutes, £45 per session

Whatever your issue(s), you can be assured of a safe and confidential space where you can offload and be heard. In my comfortable and therapeutic space, I will be non-judgemental, open and genuine. I can support and help with relationships, anxiety, stress, depression, drug and alcohol addiction, grief, separation, work stress, sexual abuse, and low self-esteem.


Couples Counsellor

1 hour, £60 per sesion

Couples counselling is a positive process addressing issues that have developed during your relationship. These issues can bring up the past that may be relevant to the present day. Where children are involved, it can become difficult to manage the situation, causing a negative impact on the children. Communication is such an important part of resolving issues, but sometimes you don't hear each other properly. Within a non-judgemental environment, you'll develop a better perspective of the situation and learn to hear and understand each other.


Ear Acupuncture

30 minutes, £25 per session

Ear acupuncture is beneficial for anxiety, stress and sleeping problems. It also helps with alcohol and drug addiction stemming from stress and anxiety, and it helps with cravings that happen when you choose to reduce or stop those substances. The needles I use are fine, are gently placed and do not hurt, but you may feel the benefits almost immediately.


Life Coaching

50 minutes, £45 per session

Life coaching is an excellent therapeutic tool to help with any changes and direction you wish to take in your life or work. I have met highly organised entrepreneurs who have found that life coaching supports their ideas, but enables valuable changes with confidence through what they learn about themselves and others regarding their business through the life coaching process.


Family Counsellor

1 hour 30 minutes, £80 per session

I am trained in the 5-step family support method, which has helped many families to communicate and understand each other better. In 5-step family support, you learn to respect each others' feelings and beliefs, compromise and support each other when needed, and give each other space when required.
